NASHVILLE — Nashville Soccer Club wrapped up its 2022 MLS regular season home schedule in the inaugural year at GEODIS Park tonight in a 1-2 defeat against Houston Dynamo FC. Despite the result, the Boys in Gold clinched a playoff spot in the Audi 2022 MLS Cup Playoffs for the third consecutive season after a 2-1 loss by the Portland Timbers to LAFC earlier today. 

Three Years In The League, Three Playoff Appearances: After clinching a spot in the Audi 2022 MLS Cup Playoffs for its third consecutive season in the league, Nashville SC joins an elite group of clubs to have clinched a playoff berth in each of their first three season (Chicago Fire, Seattle Sounders FC, Atlanta United FC and LAFC). 

Hany Mukhtar Is The MVP: Landon Donovan MLS MVP frontrunner Hany Mukhtar will enter the final week of the MLS regular season as Golden Boot leader with 23 goals while also leading the league on goal contributions with 34.
